What are the eligibility criteria for becoming a member of the The Old Heritans Association?

All Class X & XII pass-outs or any student who studied in the Heritage School for at least one year are welcome to join The Old Heritans Association.

What are the charges for Life Membership, and how does the same have to be paid?

The one-time charge for Life Membership is Rs. 5000 at the moment. This amount can be paid via the payment gateway integrated into the website. 

How do I select what personal information is available in the Alumni Directory?

The privacy of your personal information is our top priority. You may limit the contact information that is visible to other alumni in the Alumni Directory. Login to your Alumni Account, Go to your profile and select the DND mode. This will hide your contact info from the directory search. However, Admins can still view your details.

How do I search for people using the Member directory?

Go to the member’s page and type the name of the person you seek in the search box. If you are unsure of the spelling, you may type a few letters in the name and click “Search,” and the app will pull a list of possible matches. You also have the option to search by batch year, phone number, company, blood group, and so on.

An alumnus/alumna I know has died, whom do I need to tell?

Please email us with the individual’s details at info@TOHAconnect.com, and we will make the member’s profile inactive for the deceased member. This will ensure that no further communication is made to the member.

Can the Life Membership Fees or any other Event/Subscription be refunded?
